I'm suffering from lack of sleep and chill, it causes me a lot of tension and stress during the day and i can't focus on something, i don't have a certain plan so i decided to ask my doctor to suggest me something i can use to organize my day, from your personal experience what do you think will work out in a situation like this effectively?

drinking hot water very often
taking a hot bath
try to walk a bit (even if it's cold) every day
get busy and stay vigilant
using a planner.

@Aoex most people I see just use google calendar on their laptop.
i just use a diary .
